B-ECO
Start-up Eco Entrepreneurs
B-ECO is a 2 years European project financed within the framework of the Erasmus Plus programme, coordinated by the University of Maribor in Slovenia. The other partners are Euphoria Net (Italy), Lovila Limited (Cyprus), The Centre for Education and Entrepreneurship Support (Poland), EPRALIMA (Portugal), Eurotraining (Greece).
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The project aims to identify core and innovative learning methods that best encourage success in competencies and skills (based on EntreComp) related Continuous Improvement Skills, and innovation activities for VET (Vocational Education and Training) trainers in the eco-entrepreneurial sector and entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, unemployed people, & start-ups.
The project foresees the creation of 4 main Results:
- The Eco-Entrepreneurs Training Course Structure Development to improve the awareness, experience and skills required for low-skilled young people to become an entrepreneur in the eco-entrepreneurial sector that has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic;
- Didactic materials for VET Teachers with the aim to supporting VET trainers and educators in using the e-learning platform and the B-ECO Branches during their entrepreneurship sessions;
- “Greatest hits” Case studies collection with at least 30 examples of successful eco-entrepreneurial businesses which will serve as inspiration and motivation for entrepreneurial education;
- Social Eco E-Learning Platform, online learning modules for courses with some course authoring tools in order to make feasible the development of highly interactive and innovative courses.
