Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ethics in training centers
PROJECT PARTNERS
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in training centers is a an innovative Strategic Partnership lasting from November 2019 to December 2021.
The project is carried out by a consortium of 8 European countries : France (FormEthic), Bulgaria (RIA), Italy (EUPHORIA), Sweden (PROIFALL), Greece (EPIMORPHOTIKIS and DIAS VET), Latvia (MANTEFIELS), Romania (COMPLEXUL MUZEAL NATIONALMOLDOVA IASI) and Poland (ARENA I SWIAT).
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The goal of project is to integrate the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into the practices of trainers and the functioning of vocational training centers.
Resources created:
- We are aiming at developing a more inclusive educational system as well with the following objectives:
- contribute to sustainable investment, performance and efficiency by promoting CSR in the European educational field
- extend and develop educators’ competences about CSR
- sensitize about social inclusion: training centers should welcome disabled people as often as possible
The outputs expected in this project are the following:
-a Materiality Report, e.g. a study to identify and prioritize the most relevant issues for training centers;
-an e-learning to understand what CSR is and its connections and implementation in training centers;
-a repository of best practices to implement CSR in training centers;
-Tool-Kit for using the CSR-Guidelines.
