PROJECT PARTNERS
Mooc 4 tutors is a 24-month European project financed within the framework of the Erasmus Plus programme, coordinated by SCS LogoPsyCom (Belgium). The other partners are Euphoria Net (Italy), LAUREA-University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Europass Berlin (Germany), Kauno švietimo inovacijų centras (Lithuania).
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The Mooc4Tutors project aims to create better opportunities in education and increase the quality of tutoring and education freelancing in Europe. In particular, the project will allow tutors to gain new pedagogical competencies, enhance their professional practice, and expand their skills and knowledge about innovative and inclusive approaches to teaching and learning.
PROJECT RESULTS
Within this project, we will create:
- A booklet providing the legal framework and the specific requirements of tutors in Europe;
- An Open Online Course (MOOC) covering the most relevant aspects of tutoring while highlighting the inclusive elements of education. It consists of 6 independent modules: tutoring profession, being an education freelancer, learning-to-learn, supporting all learners, and digital tools and approach.
- Ready-to-use materials that tutors can use in their practice and adapt to their learners, such as factsheets, adaptation checklist, model session plans and worksheets, toolkits.
All the materials will be available for free in French, English, Italian, Lithuanian. Finnish and German.
