The other partners are Euphoria Net (Italy), Forum para la Educación y el Desarrollo (Spain), Instruction and Formation (Ireland), Korup Skole (Denmark), Ardmore (Ireland), Ribamar (Spain), Meridaunia (Italy).
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The “8 Ways to Eat to Save the Planet” project has a dual mission: to educate younger generations on sustainable practices that contribute to a healthier planet and to promote dietary habits that combat rising obesity rates among European children. Through this initiative, we aim to inspire positive changes in both environmental stewardship and personal health.
AVAILABLE RESULTS
Within this project, we will create:
- Manual for teachers and educators, namely academic research of the 8 foods that most damage the planet and collecting answers from a survey on healthy habits among students.
- A Structure of plays and improvisation theatre techniques available for teaching healthy habits in class.
- Recipe Online Tool, namely an open platform that will include recipes and healthy tricks made by the children from all the countries of the consortium.
All the materials will be available for free and accessible into 4 languages: Italian, Danish, Spanish and English.
