PROJECT PARTNERS
DigiCivis “Empower European Digital Citizenship Education in Schools” is an Erasmus Plus project (2023-2025) coordinated by the Department of Political Science of the Rome Tre University (Italy). The other partners are Euphoria Net (Italy), Logopsycom (Belgium), Smart Nest (Latvia),  Valencia Innohub(Spain) and two schools Liceul Teoretic Solomon Halita (Romania) and IIS E. Battaglini Venosa (Italy).

AVAILABLE PROJECT OBJECTIVES

As part of the project, we developed:

  • Training Package on Digital EU Citizenship skills, an e-learning course with 10 modules that combines basic knowledge, new and existing resources, best practices, and expert insights. It provides teachers with a cohesive set of materials, exercises, and self-assessments for effective digital citizenship education.
  • Pedagogical sequences, 40 lesson plans with step-by-step activities, assessment ideas, and resources, categorized for school level (age 13-19) to help integrate digital literacy and citizenship as part of school curricula, with ready-to-use materials to bring into class.
  • Reality Tasks Toolkit, a flexible and interactive teaching tool with 30 engaging situational cards designed to help students reflect on real-life digital citizenship issues, from online safety to ethical communication and digital well-being.

All these tools are available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian, and Latvian, and accessible online or downloadable in PDF format.
