DREAM

Distance & Remote Education to Achieve More

DREAM is a 2-years project coordinated by a French non-profit organization, L.E.A.R.N Institute in Chantilly, to provide direct training to teachers on digital competences and create distance learning resources for primary school teachers and students.

The other partners are Euphoria Net Srl (Italy), the Pedagogical University in Krakow (Poland), Lusòfona University (Portugal), the Municipality of Lushnje (Albania) and two schools, EGE ILKOKULU (Turkey) and OOU “Nevena Georgieva-Dunja (The Republic of North Macedonia).

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The recent COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly challenged our education systems in Europe and worldwide, putting the spotlight on gaps in the right to education for certain children. Teachers, municipalities and families were insufficiently prepared to the conditions of distance learning.

Within this project, we will create an online platform with distance learning resources (free and ready-made lesson plans and activities) and a series of documents on the sociological and psychological aspects of distance learning for primary school staff, families and municipalities.

These results will be available in 6 languages (EN, FR, IT, PL, PT and AL).

We organize also training activities for Italian teachers abroad to help them building distance lesson plans using digital tools and software.

AVAILABLE RESULTS

As soon as the first results are ready, they will be published on the project website Dream – Distance & Remote Education to Achieve (dreamdream.eu)
